Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Because our products are food products, we can accept a change-of-mind return only when the product is unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. For health and hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to request a return

Email tm@da-group.net before sending anything back. Include your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return. If your request is eligible, we will provide return instructions. Returns must be sent to: DA Energy Gel, Christou Vournazou 7, 115 21 Athens, Greece.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us promptly with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

We will refund eligible payments, including the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back. Any refund will be made without undue delay and within the periods required by applicable law.

We do not refund products that were opened or used, products returned without prior contact, or damage caused after delivery, except where your statutory consumer rights apply.

Order cancellation

If you contact us before dispatch, we will try to cancel the order. If it has already been dispatched, the return terms above apply.

Model withdrawal notice

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us the following: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of [product], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].”
