1. Store use

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for an unlawful purpose.

2. Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Product information, ingredients, allergens, nutrition and usage instructions shown on the product or packaging should be checked before consumption. If you have an allergy, medical condition or dietary concern, consult an appropriate professional before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered there.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and confirm the order. We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the price or product information contains an obvious error, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver only within Greece. Standard shipping costs €5. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and is not a guaranteed deadline. Risk passes to you when you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance sale within 14 days of receiving the goods. Because these are food products, change-of-mind returns are accepted only when products are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Sealed products opened after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. 7. Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Your mandatory rights under Greek and EU consumer law are not limited by these terms. Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by law, including the applicable minimum legal guarantee.

8. Intellectual property

The website content, branding, photographs, graphics and text belong to DA Energy Gel or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal use but may not reproduce, sell, publish or exploit its content without prior written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. We aim to resolve complaints directly; contact us first using the details above. You may also use any competent consumer alternative dispute resolution body.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order.
