Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship only to addresses within Greece. We do not currently ship to other EU countries or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within Greece costs a flat €5 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Delivery time

The current estimated delivery window is shown at checkout; standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, courier disruption or an incomplete address.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are prepared on business days. When tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation. Please check your delivery details before placing an order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, email tm@da-group.net with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and apply your statutory rights.
